What we collect,
and what we don't.

This site is published by Atlas Systems Group. We collect the minimum needed to answer the people who write to us, and we do not sell, rent, or trade anyone's information.

Contact forms

When you send a message through one of the forms on this site, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your company or firm, and your message, along with any selection you made from a drop-down list. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email. We use them only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We will not add you to a mailing list.

The witness ledger

The origin page on this site has a public ledger. If you choose to add your name to it, the display name you enter and the time you entered it are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and shown publicly to anyone who reaches that page. Signatures are intended to be permanent. If you want yours removed, ask through the contact form linked below and we will remove it.

Data stored in your browser

Apart from Google Analytics, described below, this site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for a few small conveniences: your sound preference, whether you have signed the ledger, and your progress through the site's hidden features. None of this is sent to us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit this site and which parts they read. It runs only after you choose "Allow" in the banner shown on your first visit. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and sends usage data, including a shortened form of your IP address, to Google. If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the home page. Google describes its handling of this data in its privacy policy.

Hosting logs

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address and browser type of each request. These are used for security and operations and are retained only briefly.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form linked below and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
